Enodis plc announced today that the company will relocate the office of CEO from London, England to the U.S. in June 2003.
This relocation follows the decision by the Board of Enodis that the company would be best served by consolidating its executive team in one location. Since Enodis’ Global Operations Center in New Port Ritchey, FL, U.S. already harbors the company’s finance, human resources, marketing, purchasing, U.S. sales, operations, legal and information technology executives, the office of CEO will relocate to that location. This move will also improve communications with Enodis’ customers in North America, which generate 75 percent of the company’s sales.
Enodis CEO, Andrew Allner will not relocate to Florida due to family considerations. He will be succeeded by current COO, Dave McCulloch.
