Ariens Company launched a zero-turn steering technology called Auto-Turn.
The feature eliminates the need for the operator to make large loops during a turn, instead allowing even, tight turns from the center axis of the machine.
Angela Raddant, snow product marketing manager for Ariens Company, said the technology is exclusive to Ariens' two-stage Sno-Thro equipment and is designed to enable operators to turn effortlessly without adjusting speed.
"Auto-Turn technology changes the snow removal experience without adjusting speed or engaging triggers or levers," Raddant said.
The feature is designed to let operators avoid straining and pulling in a turn, and allows them to guide the snow blower precisely without adjusting speed. No manual adjustments are needed to enable the feature.
The steering feature is available on Ariens Deluxe 28 and 30 wheel-drive models and all models in the Ariens Platinum, Professional, and Hydro-Pro families. It is also on Ariens Pro and Hydro-Pro track-drive models.
