Appliance maker The De'Longhi Group reached preliminary consolidated 2012 revenues (not including the newly acquired Braun brand) of about 1,530 million euros, up by about 7.0%. Fourth quarter revenues were about 541 million euros, up by approximately 4.8%.

Group sales grew in the fourth quarter, despite continued economic uncertainty in many of the appliance company's markets. Fourth quarter 2012 revenues were up by about 4.8% from 4Q 2011 (from 516 million euros to about 541 million euros), with particularly strong sales of coffee makers and kitchen products and with good performance by the Group's growing international diversification.

De'Longhi acquired Braun from Proctor & Gamble on Sept. 1, 2012. The transitional period ended with De'Longhi taking full operational control of the Braun brand as of Jan. 1, 2013.
