The Remington personal care appliances brand launched its 75th anniversary celebration. The brand, now a division of Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc., is primarily known for men's shavers.
Remington launched its first electric shaver, the Model E, in 1937. The unit had a unique turn-wheel, start-induction motor. Remington's first multi-head shaver, the Dual, launched in 1940 and launched the first cordless shaver, the Lektronic, in 1960.
