After three successful months in London, appliance maker Electrolux will extend the stay of its dining experience The Cube until Jan. 1, 2013.
Electrolux, maker of commercial appliances for the global foodservice market, brought together several top UK chefs to present a special menu for just 18 diners per sitting.
The Cube is positioned on the roof of the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank, where it offers views of Westminster and the London Eye.
Double Michelin star chefs Sat Bains, Claude Bosi, and Daniel Clifford have been joined by the winners of 'Ramsay's Best Restaurant 2010' and Michelin star holders Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, as well as Scotland's Michelin star chef Tom Kitchin.
Guests are able to watch their food being prepared in an open plan kitchen. Guests can interact with chefs, who share their hints, tips, and techniques. For the extension of the run, existing chef teams will be joined by new Michelin star talent, with all chefs presenting a new menu for the autumn and winter seasons.
