Modine Makes Leadership Changes

Thermal management systems and components supplier Modine Manufacturing Company announced several leadership appointments, effective July 1, 2012.

The company's components are used in heating, ventilation. and air-conditioning/refrigeration (HVACR) equipment as well as in other industries.

Holger Schwab becomes Regional Vice President - Europe. Schwab is joining Modine after 17 years with Valeo, most recently serving as Valeo's Vice President Wiper Systems, Global, based in Paris.

Scott Bowser becomes Regional Vice President - Asia. Bowser has been with Modine for 14 years and has progressed through a series of increasingly responsible positions in operations and sales.

Scott Wollenberg becomes Regional Vice President - North America, replacing Bowser. Wollenberg will retain his position as Chief Technology Officer. Wollenberg has been with Modine for 20 years and has progressed through a series of increasingly responsible product and manufacturing engineering and product management positions.

Ralf Beck becomes Vice President Research and Engineering. Beck has been with Modine for 24 years and has progressed through a series of increasingly responsible management positions in sales and application engineering within the company's European segment.
