Lennox International Announces Sale of Hearth Business May 31, 2012 |

HVAC/R producer Lennox International Inc. sold its Lennox Hearth Products business to Comvest Investment Partners IV, a fund of private investment firm The Comvest Group. The all cash deal closed on April 24 with terms not disclosed.
Lennox Hearth Products makes indoor and outdoor fireplaces, fireplace inserts, and stoves.
