Lennox Names Bluedorn Chairman Mar 15, 2012 |

The board of Lennox International, a global heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) company, unanimously elected CEO Todd M. Bluedorn to serve as chairman and Richard L. Thompson to serve as lead director. The changes become effective at the conclusion of the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders on May 10, 2012.
Bluedorn has been CEO and a director of the company since 2007. Thompson has served as chairman of the board since 2006.
