Best Buy Extends Perfect Match Promise to Major Appliances

Appliances and consumer electronics retailer Best Buy Co. expanded its Perfect Match Promise campaign to major appliances. The campaign was originally launched only for large-screen TVs.
The campaign offers the buyer a number of benefits, including:
• Free standard delivery of the major appliance (of $429 or more).
• If the price on the appliance drops within 60 days, Best Buy will refund the difference to the buyer.
• If the consumer is dissatisfied with the appliance in the first 30 days, Best Buy will pick it up and take it back for free.
"Buying a major appliance is a big commitment," said Kevin Balon, senior vice president, general manager Appliances Solutions Group Best Buy. "Best Buy's Perfect Match Promise is our way of saying 'we understand - and you can buy it now with confidence'."
