Ingman Leaves Husqvarna

Bernt Ingman, chief financial officer for outdoor power equipment maker Husqvarna, will leave the company. Ulf Liljedahl was named to be the new senior vice president and CFO of Husqvarna as of June 1, 2011. Liljedahl will report to President and CEO Magnus Yngen and be a member of group management. Ingman will remain with the company until Liljedahl assumes the position.

Ulf Liljedahl most recently held the position as executive vice president and CFO at Cardo Group where he also was acting president for the Waste Water Technology Solutions Division during 2009. Prior to Cardo Ulf Liljedahl held various positions within finance at Alfa Laval.

“Ulf Liljedahl is an experienced CFO, with extensive background from listed companies. He also has solid commercial experience from management assignments in companies facing major changes. I extend a warm welcome to Ulf as he joins Husqvarna,” said Yngen.

“During Bernts' years with Husqvarna, the Group has undergone a major transformation including being listed on the stock exchange as well as carried out major acquisitions. I want to thank Bernt for his cooperation and excellent work in the past and wish him the best of luck in the future,” said Yngen.
