Pantone LLC announced Pantone View home + interiors 2012, a trend forecast book containing the nine most directional color palettes for home furnishings and interior design in 2012.
The nine palettes for 2012 are:
• Nonchalance
• Subtleties
• Resilience
• Indigo Effects
• Transcending Time
• Back to the Fuchsia
• Reflections
• Nouveau Neon
• The Comics
The forecasting book provides color and trend direction, suggested color harmonies, individual tear-out palette cards for each of the nine forecasted palettes, and swatches of the 73 forecasted colors.
Pantone LLC, an X-Rite company, made the announcement at the International Home & Housewares Show 2011, which ran Mar. 6-8, 2011, at McCormick Place in Chicago.
