George David to Retire as UTC Board Chairman Oct 15, 2009 |

United Technologies Corp., parent company of Carrier Corp., announced George David will retire as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the end of the year. Louis Chenevert, president and CEO, will succeed David as Chairman, effective January 1, 2010.
