Tecumseh Names Acting CEO Oct 8, 2009 |

Tecumseh Products Company announced that Edwin L. Buker is no longer chairman of the board, president, and CEO. James Wainright, currently vice president of Global Operations, was named acting president of Tecumseh Products and will serve in that capacity while the Board conducts a search for a new president and CEO.
Kent B. Herrick has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. Herrick has been a director since April 2007.
