Emerson Electric Co. said its second-quarter earnings fell 32%. Earnings for the quarter ended March 31 fell to US$373 million from $547 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenue fell 16% to $5.09 billion from $6.02 billion. Sales fell across all five of the company's segments: process management, industrial automation, network power, climate technologies, and appliance and tools.
