BSH Corp. said combined its home appliance brands Bosch, Siemens, Neff, and Gaggenau and their customer service organizations under one roof in BSH Huishoudapparaten B.V. in the Netherlands. BSH said the move is to develop BSH’s market position in the Netherlands and to continue to offer business partners high-quality service.

As part of the consolidation, a BSH organization will be set up for the administration and logistic areas. At the same time, customer services for the Siemens brand will be integrated into the existing BSH customer service organization. Brand sales, however, will remain separate.

For the time being, the sales and customer services departments will remain at the existing sites in Amsterdam and Zoetermeer. The head of Willem van Rijn Huishoud-elektro B.V, Frans-Anno Tweebeeke, will become CEO of the newlyfounded BSH Huishoudapparaten B.V. with 450 employees.
