Sears Holdings Names CFO Dec 5, 2008 |

Sears Holdings Corp. said that Michael D. Collins, previously senior VP/Finance, will begin serving as the company's chief financial officer. On Oct. 13, 2008, the company named Collins to succeed J. Miles Reidy, who will be leaving the company before the end of the fiscal year.
The company also announced that Fred Jasser has been named Sears Holdings' VP and treasurer. Jasser most recently was VP/Investment Banking Division for Goldman Sachs & Co.
