Direct, Inc. (SCK), the creator of the "Smart Commercial Kitchen" concept, named Norm Raderer director of Strategic Accounts. Prior to joining SCK, Raderer served as a consultant to numerous foodservice equipment manufacturers. He's also a Licensed Professional Engineer.
