Ricoh Americas Corp. announced the promotion of Mark Minshull to vice president and chief technologist, responsible for Ricoh's solution technology vision across all business units. Minshull will also continue to serve as vice president of Ricoh Americas Corp.'s Technology Center, which supports major-account sales activities and software product development in the Americas.
