Circuit City Names New CEO Sep 23, 2008 |

Circuit City announced that Philip J. Schoonover, chairman, president and CEO, has agreed to step down from those positions, effective immediately. Schoonover has also resigned as a director of the company. James A. Marcum was named acting president and CEO.
