Samsung Corp. won a bid to buy Japanese steel maker Myodo Metal.
Myodo Metal, established in 1945, produces precision stainless products. The company has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, employs 195 people, and ranks among the top five stainless precision makers in Japan.
