Fagor America added two new models to its convection oven line. The company's 24-inch side-opening oven provides increased access to the oven cavity and features retractable controls, a ventilated steam outlet, and eight cooking programs. It retails for US$749.
Thew new 30-inch oven can hold a 32-pound turkey and features a self-clean system, a fume filter, and six cooking programs, including a dehydrate function for steam-cooked foods. The suggested retail is $2,100.
Both models feature European convection for even heat distribution and faster cooking, stainless-steel finish, and a preheat booster that reportedly raises cavity temperature to 400 degrees in less than 5 minutes.
