OfficeMax issued its first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report. The report, based on the Global Reporting Initiative's G3 sustainability reporting guidelines, provides both an account of the company's accomplishments to-date and a benchmark for future progress. The OfficeMax CSR report was compiled in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative's G3 guidelines, the latest reporting criteria established for public and private organizations developing a corporate social responsibility report. The report focuses on five areas: Diversity and Inclusion, Working Environment, Community and Education, Natural Environment, and Customer Value.
