Acer Enters 200 Suning Retail Shops in China Nov 1, 2007 |

Retailer Suning Appliance Co. Ltd. will be the exclusive retail distributor in China for new products from Taiwan-based PC manufacturer Acer. By the end of 2007, Acer's products will be available through 200 of Suning's main stores across China, with an expected PC sales volume of 150,000 in 2008. Acer appointed Suning as the exclusive distributor of its Extensa PC series. So far, the Extensa range has only been sold in Europe. Acer has also granted Suning an exclusive license to sell its new products in China. Special PC models will be provided to Suning for sale in its stores. (suni.com)
