Smart Sourcing Inc., a manufacturing cost reduction company, has announced the opening of a West Coast office and the addition of industry veteran Philip D. Jacques, who will supervise the new branch. Jacques will focus on helping area companies in the electronics, aerospace, and plastics industries by using the company’s Support-Sourcing program.
