Appliance manufacturer GE has appointed chief financial officer Keith Sherin vice chairman of the company. Sherin, a 26-year company veteran, has been CFO since 1998. His current responsibilities include finance, tax, treasury, controllership, and risk. With his additional role as vice chairman, Sherin will act as an advisor to the company’s board of directors.
