Fujitsu Siemens Computers Rolls Out Service Program

Fujitsu Siemens Computers has launched its latest customer service initiative--the Service Express, to provideĀ customers with rapid collection and servicing of their Fujitsu Siemens Computers products without leaving home.

The program includes the company collecting the computer from a customer'sĀ home or office, serviced or repaired, and delivered within a given time frame. During this time, customers are regularly updated on the status of their product.
