Samsung Mobile Enhances Indian R&D capacity Aug 31, 2007 |

Korea's Samsung Electronics announced the expansion of its research and development center in India. The company's existing R&D facility in India will also increase the number of engineers it employs and enhance its current facilities. Samsung will eventually expand its R&D centers in China and Poland, the company said.
The company's Telecommunication Network Business covers mobile phone and telecom infrastructure. It currently operates five overseas R&D centers in the UK, U.S., China, Israel, and India.
