Peter S. Hellman, president and chief financial and administrative officer for Nordson Corporation, a producer of dispensing equipment, is retiring from the company and its board of directors in February 2007. The company will begin a search for a new chief financial officer. Hellman has agreed to stay on until a successor is named.
