Luxury home appliance manufacturer Sub-Zero and Wolf will build a new manufacturing facility in Richmond, KY, U.S. The company plans to acquire 45 acres for its 200,000-sq-ft plant. The project will create about 100 full-time jobs and represents an investment of US$35.5 million.
