Speed-oven maker TurboChef Technologies, Inc. (Atlanta, Georgia) plans to restate past financial statements. While a review of its stock option grant practices dating back to 1997 is not complete, it does point to a need to use different measurement dates for accounting of past stock option grants.
The company said it doesn't foresee the restatement having significant impact for periods after Dec. 31, 2005.
