Personal care and household appliance maker Helen of Troy Limited announced several senior management appointments. Sales functions based at the company’s corporate headquarters in El Paso, Texas, U.S., have been reorganized into two groups. Art August was promoted to president, professional division. Bart Plaumann was appointed president of the retail personal care division.
