Emerson, supplier of technology and engineering solutions, named Frank L. Steeves vice president, secretary and general counsel. Steeves replaces the retiring W. Wayne Withers. Emerson Climate Technologies, providing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration solutions for residential, industrial and commercial applications, promoted Steve Hokky to the position of vice president of product planning for the refrigeration division.
