Electrolux Makes it Official: Wallenberg is Chairman

AB Electrolux held its annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday, April 16, 2007, in Stockholm, Sweden, and officially appointed Marcus Wallenberg chairman of the board of directors, replacing Michael Treschow, who declined re-election to the board. The number of board members elected was increased from seven to nine. The AGM also decided the company will have a Nomination Committee consisting of six members along with the chairman.
