Hilton Hotels today launched its new Hilton Serenity Collection in-room coffee system, with an exclusive Cuisinart dual-cup, single-brew coffee maker designed specifically for the hotel chain. The appliance has sleek chrome and black accents, compact design and ease-of-use highlights. The Collection also features Lavazza coffee from Italy.

Cuisinart brand, a part of Conair Corporation (Stamford, Connecticut, U.S.), designed the coffee maker exclusively for Hilton and it marks the first time the Cuisinart brand has been used in a setting outside the consumer home.

The new coffee system began shipping to some hotels today and will be implemented in more than 230 hotels in the continental U.S. and Alaska in the next several months.

"Guest surveys revealed that premium coffee was the single most important in-room amenity in the upscale segment," said Bill Brooks, vice president of product development, Hilton Hotels. "We continue to make the guest experience a priority by offering an exclusive coffee system unique to Hilton Hotels."
