Digital power and motion control systems supplier Magnetek, Inc. has made board and executive management changes following the recent divestiture of the company’s power electronics group. Stepping down as chairman of the board is Andrew G. Galef, who remains as a director for the company. Succeeding Galef as chairman is Mitchell I. Quain, who has served as a director since 2000. Stepping down as company president and CEO is Thomas G. Boren, who remains as a director. Succeeding Boren is David P. Reiland.
