Water heater manufacturer A.O. Smith Corporation has named Ronald E. Massa executive vice president - corporate technology and global supply chain. Massa adds the responsibility for the company’s corporate technology group to current duties overseeing the company’s global procurement and logistics activities. Massa replaces Dr. Charles J. Bishop, who is retiring as senior vice president - corporate technology.
