Gaggenau North America Appoints New General Manager

Marc-Oliver Schneider-Herzfeld was named general manager of Gaggenau North America.
Schneider-Herzfeld was CEO of Gaggenau Germany before accepting this newly created position within the BSH Home Appliances North America structure.
As the new general manager for Gaggenau North America, Schneider-Herzfeld is responsible for all Gaggenau activities throughout the U.S. and Canada. He reports directly to BSH Home Appliances North America President and CEO, Franz J. Bosshard.
Schneider-Herzfeld has been with the BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group since 1988, and his previous positions with BSH include 4 years as director of marketing for BSH France in Paris and his recent position as CEO of Gaggenau Germany. He was responsible for all business activities and lead the brand to a significant increase in market share over the past years.
The U.S. market for high-end restaurant-grade appliances is one of the foremost expansion targets for Gaggenau and the primary focus of the global business for the next 5 years. Gaggenau North America will target the U.S. market for European luxury appliances with its unique combination of professional-style appliances and function-based, modern classic design.
