Professor Berthold Leibinger will resign as president of the Trumpf Group, a German machine tool manufacturer, and move to the supervisory board to assume the chairmanship. A four-member team will run Trumpf GmbH + Co. KG, the holding company of the Trumpf Group. Dr. Nicola Leibinger-Kammüller will become president of the group. Executive vice president and vice chairman of the managing board will be Peter Leibinger, who will head the Electronics Business division.
