James R. Hay was promoted to vice president, sales and marketing, for DuPont Engineering Polymers Americas. Hay will lead sales, marketing and development efforts for the company’s portfolio of engineering plastics used in appliance, electrical/electronics and other industrial and consumer marketplaces.
