Electric housewares maker Applica Incorporated said that Michael J. Michienzi, president, Household Products Division of Applica Consumer Products, Inc., has resigned to pursue other interests, effective Dec. 30, 2005. Harry D. Schulman, Applica’s president and CEO, will assume the responsibilities of Michienzi’s position until a permanent replacement is named.
