Fastener supplier Spiralock Corporation promoted Jim Gillis, current vice president of sales and marketing, to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Arlindo Marques Filho, chief engineer and general manager of Spiralock Brazil, was named chief engineer of Spiralock Europe. Jose Starosta was hired to serve as general manager of Spiralock Brazil.
