New Exhibitors Increase at Home & Housewares Show Nov 16, 2005

More than 200 new companies are set to exhibit at the 2006 International Home & Housewares Show, according to the International Housewares Association (IHA).

The new companies include trend and design leaders from the U.S., Germany, France, Italy, and Thailand, according to Phil Brandl, president of IHA, which owns and operates the Show. The 2006 Show will be held March 12-14 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.

The 2006 roster includes new exhibitors and those returning after an absence from the Show, such as Electrolux/Eureka, Guzzini S.P.A., Holmes Products Corp., Keurig Inc., and Spectrum Brands/Rayovac.

“We welcome these companies to the 2006 Show. Their presence underscores the importance of the Home & Housewares Show as a global marketplace for the industry. Our retailer audience appreciates the opportunity to attend this valuable marketplace where they can interact with a broad range of key suppliers in each of their categories of responsibility,” Brandl said.

The 2006 International Home & Housewares Show is set to feature 2,000 exhibitors from around the globe.
