Conair Licenses Patent To Settle HamBeach Suit Oct 26, 2005

Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex, Inc., said it settled its lawsuit against Conair Corporation. Hamilton Beach (Richmond, Virginia, U.S.) recently sued Conair (Stamford, Connecticut, U.S.) for patent infringement regarding Hamilton Beach's BrewStation(TM) coffee maker. Conair has taken a license under the patent. The terms of the settlement are confidential.

Hamilton Beach has several patents on its BrewStation coffee maker line, with other patents pending.
