Xerox Corporation's 4110(TM) Copier/Printer, a 110 page-per-min black-and-white production system, recently received a five-star rating from Buyers Laboratory Inc., a leading independent document imaging research and testing firm.
"The Xerox 4110 Copier/Printer offers outstanding image quality, ease of use and productivity at an excellent price point, when compared to competitive machines," said Ken Nardone, technical manager of Field Testing, Buyers Laboratory Inc. BLI conducts intensive competitive testing on office and production equipment, comparing overall performance, productivity, and reliability among other critical factors.
The copier/printer, designed for the light production market including small- to medium-sized print shops and large offices, averages print volumes of 80,000 to 350,000 pages a month. It reportedly has a fast scanner and allows customers to produce jobs as diverse as maps, booklets, and direct-mail pieces.
