Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of Eljer Plumbingware, part of the Company's consumer Bath division, to an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc.
Jacuzzi, through its subsidiaries, is a global manufacturer of whirlpool baths, spas, showers, sanitary ware and bathtubs, as well as professional grade drainage, water control, commercial faucets and other plumbing products.
