CECED Expands Membership Network May 1, 2005

Appliance industry association CECED announced that it has welcomed three new associations into its membership network. The new members include THEVA, which represents UK manufacturers of water heaters and ventilation appliances; AGEFE, which represents Portuguese manufacturers in all product divisions; and CECED Magyarország Egyesülés, which represents Hungarian manufacturers in all product divisions.

According to CECED, work is continuing to reach full European coverage by the end of 2005. By June 2005, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania are expected to join the network. In addition, contacts with manufacturers in Ireland and Finland are going to be established in order to complete the picture.
