Electric fireplace manufacturer Dimplex North America Limited, a division of the Glen Dimplex Group of Ireland, announced that it has restructured the management of its retail and non-retail business groups.
Bill Harris, whose previous position at Dimplex was vice president of Sales for Electraflame specialty retail markets, has now assumed the role of vice president of Sales for Optiflame construction products as well as Chromalox and Electromode professional heating products. This change concentrates non-retail and construction oriented business groups under common management.
Rusty Calloway, whose current position at Dimplex is vice president, Sales of Symphony furniture products, will now function as vice president, Sales of Independent Retailers.
Mr. Calloway's responsibilities will include the management of the newly amalgamated Electraflame and Symphony independent retail sales organization. This sales group will recruit and service independent retailers in both the Specialty and Furniture retailer sectors, as well as major regional retailers.
