Lynx Grills, Inc., a manufacturer of stainless-steel outdoor kitchen products, announced that it has acquired CabanaKitchens, Inc., known for its grills with an integrated gas oven and broiler.
CabanaKitchens will become a new division under Lynx, which plans to expand the line of integrated outdoor kitchens under the Cabana brand name. In addition, Lynx will increase marketing efforts behind the Cabana brand and will also offer new accessories to complement the line.
CabanaKitchens will continue to sell through its current channels. Clyde Williams, the former owner of CabanaKitchens, Inc. will join the Lynx team.
"We are tremendously excited about joining the Lynx organization," Mr. Williams said. "One of the common suggestions by our dealers is to offer additional products. By joining the Lynx family, we are now in an excellent position to offer more options and broaden our line of the finest high-end outdoor kitchen products."
