South Korean refrigerator exports rose 42.6 percent from a year earlier to U.S. $120 million in January thanks to increased demand for premium brands such as LG Electronics Inc.'s Dios range, dountry officials said.
The United States remained the biggest importer of South Korean refrigerators for the month, importing $18 million, followed by Australia with $11 million and Iran with $9 million, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Energy said. (Yonhap)
