Eastman Kodak Company has announced that its board of directors elected Dr. Mary Jane Hellyar as senior vice president of the company, effective January 31, 2005.
Dr. Hellyar joined Kodak as a research scientist in 1982. She has held a variety of research, manufacturing, and general management positions in support of the company's professional and consumer imaging business.
In 1999, Hellyar was named general manager of Consumer Film Business, and was elected a corporate vice president. Her responsibilities were expanded in 2001 as general manager of Capture and Traditional Media, and again in 2003, when she became general manager of Capture, Consumer, and Professional Imaging. She was named as president of Components and Displays in November 2004.
